For the past week I have had Shingles on my back. Just a small section that never spread. I had it covered up and taken pills for it, and now instead of horrible blisters, it's dried up, or at least drying up into scabs. And it's the most uncomfortable thing ever. And so annoying. When I'm not wearing a dressing on my back it's rubbing against my clothes and annoying me more. Wish so much that it'll hurry up and go away so I can get on with other things because I can't take this any more. I wanna be able to not worry about my back hurting and rubbing on my clothes. I wanna get the things I need to do done now instead of waiting good knows how long until I can do them. At this rate they won't get done until next month because I'll end up with no money left to do them!
Sorry for the rant and the slightly gross description but I needed to rant.

I can definitely sympathise. I won't tell you what I have though because that's just really really gross.
Maybe you could use this downtime to your advantage and get some writing done or something that you need to get done.
